Our client is seeking a high-performing finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making at an organizational level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership, boards, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations
• Monitor revenue collection, billing cycles, and expense management
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and efficiencies
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and financial planning activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience preparing financial statements and management reports
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple priorities effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA (completed or in progress) or equivalent certification is an asset
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance/accounting role
