Accountant

Responsibilities

· Assist in retrieval, collation and preparation of data for management reporting within given deadlines.

· To provide support and assistance with the preparation of schedules, reports, etc., in preparation of the audit, including working closely with the auditors during the auditing process and satisfying their requests for information.

· To provide support to other staff in their job functions as requested by your manager.

· To ensure all vendor invoices (including rentals, utilities and statutory payments) and petty cash items are uploaded

· Assist in preparation, monitoring and reconciliation of online payments, collections and bank reconciliations

· To prepare vendor reconciliations.

· Perform any other duties, including administrative duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

· BSc. Accounting, Finance, or related field or Level 2 ACCA 1- 2 years in a similar position.

· Experience in the manufacturing industry

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with strong attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
