Accountant

The successful candidate will directly influence cash flow, profitability, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting operations (billing, payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition).
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, debt management, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and government reporting and tax requirements.
• Develop, document, and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and business processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic growth and expansion.
• Supervise preparation of income statements and regulatory reporting.
• Suggest updates and improvements to accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
