Accountant

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to contribute to our company's financial operations and growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and administer assigned payrolls within required deadlines
• Reconcile and submit statutory payments and annual returns in a timely manner
• Prepare and transmit reports and summaries to relevant institutions, including tax and insurance entities
• Verify and process invoices, ensuring compliance with internal authorization procedures
• Prepare and process cheque payments to ensure timely supplier settlements
• Communicate with external suppliers to resolve payment or invoice issues
• Generate and distribute customer statements promptly
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Manage lodgment preparation for the company's office
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Provide periodic financial reports and insights to senior management
