We are seeking an Account Services Associate to work from our local office as part of a remote support team serving franchise partners. This is an entry-level / early career role with full training provided.
The Account Services Associate will work closely with clients, assisting them in finding the right branding solutions for their projects and ensuring successful delivery. This individual must be a self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision, and consistently demonstrate a professional, motivated, and positive attitude in every customer interaction.
As a key point of contact, the Account Services Associate represents our company and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Prepare quotes and presentations for clients
Enter sales orders and submit supplier purchase orders
Work directly with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related issues
Facilitate the proofing process
Track orders through production and delivery to ensure timely completion
Assist customers with product returns
Complete invoicing and submit to client contacts
Actively listen for and alert the sales team to upsell opportunities
Maintain customer and supplier information within the database
Answer incoming phone calls and emails; redirect inquiries appropriately
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales process
Coordinate information accurately to support target gross profit margins
Portray a positive and professional company image in all written and verbal communications
1–2 years of experience in customer service and order processing
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university, preferably in Sales & Marketing
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Familiarity with products, pricing, and policies
Prior experience in the print and/or promotional products markets is an asset
Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Deadline-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
High attention to detail and accuracy
Creative problem-solving under short deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support where needed
