We are seeking customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.

In customer service you will play an important part in managing the end-to-end order lifecycle and supporting customers by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive and consistent experience. You will also develop your product knowledge and contribute to a team that values collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. Our roles in Customer Service are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy resolving customer issues while supporting day-to-day account activities. 

 The role

  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, expectations, and ordering patterns.
  • Provide clear guidance on products, pricing, availability, and ordering options.
  • Ensure that orders are entered accurately and aligned with customer requirements from inception.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before order processing.
  • Manage orders through internal systems to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, and distribution teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Anticipate potential delays and communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations.
  • Ensure that invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with agreed pricing and terms.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

The requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in customer service or an account support environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using multiple computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and understand product details and specifications.
