ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES OFFICERS

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Assist with the reconciliation of customers’ accounts
  • Investigate and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Manage Accounts Receivables ledger and Accounts Receivables files
  • Produce bi-weekly receivables reports

 

Requirements and skills

  • Tertiary level training in accounting
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Minimum two years’ work experience in Receivables
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software applications (QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze accounting data
