Account Manager, location Kingston, Jamaica

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technology affinity
  • Deep knowledge of how to sell IT services, solutions and licenses
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • 2-4 years proven overall work experience selling Microsoft licenses, IT services and solutions
  • Preferable having Microsoft certifications: MS-900 or higher
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM management knowledge
  • Understanding Microsoft Cloud solutions 
  • Self-Management and Time-Management
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills 
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities  
  • Customer focus.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Executing sales strategies as a Sales Executive within designated markets.
  • Collaborating closely with the Inova Solutions Marketing Team to generate brand new leads.
  • Effectively transforming prospective leads into viable opportunities.
  • Facilitating seamless communication and coordination between customers and Inova Solutions' Technology Professionals.
  • Meeting and surpassing financial targets and other key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements impacting our customers’ sectors.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in managing relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Adhering to all Inova Solutions' policies, procedures and administrative protocols.
  • Taking the lead in generating and managing the entire sales and account management lifecycle for customers.
  • Cultivating and nurturing key customer relationships while actively pursuing new business prospects in the Jamaica market.
  • Assisting with activities related to the Customer Care Program.
  • Maintaining consistent and effective communication channels with customers.
  • Successfully achieving and maintaining any certifications outlined in the training plan.
  • Undertaking any other procedural and or administrative responsibilities and or obligations.
  • Any other activity related to the position.
