Job Description:
The Account Executive supports the sales team by assisting in managing leads, building early client relationships, and executing the sales process under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in sales, develop consultative skills, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. The focus of this role is on learning, consistency, and strong execution rather than full ownership of complex deals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing assigned leads and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Assist with discovery calls to understand prospect needs, goals, and basic requirements.
- Present company services and solutions using provided scripts, decks, and guidance.
- Help prepare proposals, follow-up emails, and basic sales documentation.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including notes, activities, and pipeline stages.
- Coordinate internally with Sales leadership or Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Respond to prospect questions in a timely and professional manner, escalating when needed.
- Complete sales-related administrative tasks to support pipeline movement.
- Actively participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and feedback reviews.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable following defined processes and scripts.
Technical Requirements

- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
- After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
- Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.
