ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
MC Systems Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Account Executive. The incumbent has the responsibility of developing and strengthening customer relationships through consultative selling to unearth and close high-value opportunities within assigned accounts contributing to the team’s impact and profitability. The Account Executive has a keen interest in solving customer challenges, a can-do attitude and a history of high performance.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Attain revenue and profit targets for the assigned accounts
Create and maintain an active pipeline for assigned accounts
Undertake consistent and accurate forecasting
Create and manage plans for major accounts
Effectively manage relationships within the account- influencers, decision makers to ensure effective closure
Conduct sales presentations in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
Cross-sell and up-sell in the assigned accounts
Provide complete solution proposal to customers with inputs from technical, project management and other internal teams
Log and update sales activities in CRM daily
Undertake assigned job-specific and company mandated trainings by required timelines
Coordinate timely customer complaint resolution to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
REQUIRED QULAIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum two (2) years in IT Solution Sales Environment or 5 years' experience in a solution-focused sales environment
- Proven track record of high performance
- Proficient in manual and electronic file management
- Training in Consultative Selling is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Group’s operations and core business is an advantage

WORKING CONDITIONS
This job requires the Account Executive to:
1. Have a reliable motor vehicle
2. Meet deadlines consistently and with limited supervision
3. Be available as needed for local and international travel
4. Be able to occasionally work on work outside of normal business hours to complete deadlines
