Collins Limited, a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, is seeking a strategic and experienced Access and Medical Marketing Manager to join our team in a Senior role and drive initiatives to optimize product access and strategic marketing efforts across the region.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive access strategies to ensure optimal availability and affordability of our medical products to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and implement solutions to improve access to our medical products.
  • Developing targeted marketing strategies for our products, collaborating with the medical sales teams to develop key messages and value propositions.
  • Engaging key medical stakeholders, both locally and regionally, to advocate for our products and provide insights into market trends and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings to network and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy groups and healthcare organizations to support advocacy initiatives that promote access to our products and improve patient care.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform access strategies and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Medicine, Public Health, Marketing or related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proven experience in progressing access management and marketing strategies in competitive healthcare systems.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare policy and related areas within the pharmaceutical industry including knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and healthcare systems dynamics across multiple territories.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional access and medical marketing initiatives across regional markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinker with demonstrated operational, analytical, negotiation and consensus building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Local and overseas travel required; must maintain a valid license and own a vehicle, must maintain a valid passport and requisite visas.
