Dolphin Cove Limited is seeking experienced and motivated ATV and Buggy Mechanics to join our Maintenance and Operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all ATVs and buggies are properly serviced, repaired, and maintained to support safe, reliable, and efficient guest operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance on ATVs, buggies, and related equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform timely repairs.

• Ensure all vehicles meet operational and safety standards before use.

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate maintenance, service, and repair records.

• Ensure proper care, storage, and accountability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Support operations teams to maintain high safety and service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education / Certification

• Technical certification or vocational training in Automotive, Mechanical, or Small Engine Repair.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience repairing ATVs, buggies, motorcycles, or similar equipment.

• Experience in a tourism, adventure, or recreational environment is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.

• Working knowledge of fuel systems, engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.

• High attention to detail and strong safety focus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
