The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the Food & Beverage Department.
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to. • Collaborate with the banqueting manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful execution of banqueting events, ensuring all functions meet the highest standards and exceed client expectations. • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained. • Monitor and control costs and ensure that all staff are properly trained and motivated. • Assist in the development of menus and promotions. • Design and implement training programs for banquet and F&B service staff, including onboarding, service protocols, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
