AR Associate

This AR Associate position requires experienced in managing high-volume accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, and customer account management, with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Associate – Accounts Receivable Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Generate and issue customer invoices and monitor incoming payments.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements:

• Professionally formatted resume.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Proven experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments.
• ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago
