We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager to lead the testing strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, .
Develop and manage the overall test strategy and test plan for Oracle HCM implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Time & Labor, etc.).
Lead test case creation, execution, and defect management for functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure business requirements are met.
Manage testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Oracle Test Manager, or similar.
Oversee test automation frameworks if applicable and ensure proper test coverage.
Define and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing support to end-users during testing phases.
Report test progress, risks, and defects to leadership, and track resolution through closure.
Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to testing teams as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules.
Deep understanding of test life cycle, test methodologies, and QA processes.
Strong experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Oracle Test Manager).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing offshore/onsite test teams is a plus.
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (e.g., Global HR, Payroll)
Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).
