The AAA Agent provides essential administrative support to the corporate services team. This role involves assisting colleagues with the daily tasks required to maintain smooth office operations, including name reservation procedures, handling client documentation, and preparing company files
Hamilton Reserve Bank is the largest global bank in the region. We are seeking dynamic and hardworking individuals with the relevant skills and competencies to assume the position of AAA Global Incorporation and Trust.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
• Assist senior team members with day-to-day corporate service tasks.
• Perform company name reservations with the appropriate Nevis authorities.
• Prepare, process, and organize client and company files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Update internal records, templates, and company databases.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Corporate Formation Assistance
• Support the preparation of documents required for forming LLCs, IBCs, Trusts, and Foundations.
• Assist in drafting standard corporate documents such as resolutions, registers, and certificates.
COMPETENCES INCLUDE
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work accurately with documents.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills, including email, PDF handling, and document editing.
• Professional, reliable, and willing to learn.
