1) Country Manager
Overview:
Will be responsible for managing the Application Unit, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity through the implementation of effective operational strategies and process improvements. Additionally, the role involves supervising day-to-day activities, managing resources, and driving performance to meet organizational goals and service standards.
Education
• Graduate/ Postgraduate or global equivalent degree.
Experience
• 5 – 7 years of experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industry with experience in handling teams and managing processes.
2) Senior Manager-Operations
Overview:
Operations will be responsible for managing the overall management of the business unit, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the role involves driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and security across the assigned Application center(s).
Education
• Graduate or global equivalent, and a Postgraduate degree or global equivalent is preferred.
Experience
• 8 - 10 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism or Service industry is preferred, with strong expertise in team management.
