1) Country Manager

Overview:

Will be responsible for managing the Application Unit, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity through the implementation of effective operational strategies and process improvements. Additionally, the role involves supervising day-to-day activities, managing resources, and driving performance to meet organizational goals and service standards.

Education

• Graduate/ Postgraduate or global equivalent degree.

Experience

• 5 – 7 years of experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industry with experience in handling teams and managing processes.

 

2) Senior Manager-Operations

Overview:

Operations will be responsible for managing the overall management of the business unit, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the role involves driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and security across the assigned Application center(s).

Education

• Graduate or global equivalent, and a Postgraduate degree or global equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• 8 - 10 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism or Service industry is preferred, with strong expertise in team management.

 

3) Business Development Leader

Job description:

We are looking for Business Development Leader to Identify and develop business opportunities for the company and provide direction and guidance to the department while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategies. Define the yearly targets and objectives and work towards the plan to achieve the defined yearly targets and objectives set for the country/region. Liaise, interact and manage relations with various Ministerial level officials. Establish and maintain contacts with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as with the various Tourism departments in the region.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 -10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in government matters.
  • Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience in large bids/tender’s responses with basic presentation skills.
  • Developing strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Experience B2B | B2G.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
  • Pro-active self-starter with ability operates both individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong Business Acumen with a proactive mindset.
4) Sales Officer
Job description:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Visa Concierge team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling visa assistance and travel-related services, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients seeking seamless travel solutions.
  • Promote and sell visa concierge and travel support services to prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • Provide accurate information on visa processes, requirements, and timelines
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and travel trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports and updates to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications
