The HR Manager plans, administers, co-ordinates and reviews the functions of the Human Resource Department in keeping with the company’s objectives. Makes sound recommendations and decisions that will facilitate continuous improvement and the achievement of objectives and goals.

He/She will be responsible for daily functions of the HR Department including interviewing, employee engagement, benefits administration, leave management; disciplinary matters and record keeping; and enforcing company policies and practices.

This role will analyze emerging trends and patterns that arise and help in the planning and development of relevant policies and programs.
