About the Job

We’re searching for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR related issues and concerns. This role will analyze emerging trends and patterns that arise and help in the planning and development of relevant policies and programs. We’re looking for someone who can act as the main point person for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.

As Human Resources Generalist, You Will…

  • Provide Human Resource (HR) policy guidance
  • Conduct employee onboarding process
  • Ensure operational HR activities and processes are followed correctly 
  • Responsible of HR Investigations
  • Actively support line managers in addressing employee's breaches and conduct
  • Attend legal and disciplinary staff hearings
  • Provide coaching on HR matters
  • Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
  • Engage in day-to-day coordination of activities with other HR Officers
  • Input data in HR systems
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Perform other HR related duties when assigned

As Human Resources Generalist, You Have…

  • Graduate degree in Law, Human Resources and Labor Relations or similar
  • 3 years of work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Honduran labor law
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Great attention to detail and precision
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills - must be able to multitask and prioritize
