The Technical Support Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with the Client to test and execute various parts of the Compensation and Performance Development process. This role is responsible for multiple deliverables including conducting User Acceptance Testing of SuccessFactors modules, staging data, validating production deployment, and assisting with internal process documentation/SOPs. The position requires the ability to work independently, strong technical and analytical skills, and an aptitude for attention to detail.
