We are looking for a talented chef de partie to help our culinary team create memorable meals for our resort.
The executive chef will be in responsible for managing the workforce and supervising all elements of menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. The executive chef will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality, creativity, and efficiency of the Resorts food service.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
