The Product Design Engineer is responsible for researching, developing and implementing new ideas and processes for new products and services on the network. The Engineer will also improve upon the performance and design of existing products and provide technical customer level support for any of the products on the network. This role works as part of the Products & Business Insights Team to improve user experience by considering the user's perspective with regard to features, functionality, and interface.

• Conceptualize, document and recommend improvements to the end to end user experience for all products during the Product Development Life Cycle​
• Translate technical and architectural complexities to team, providing guidance to the project plan from the technical perspective.
• Design the complete end user testing sheets for all new products that are being tested BTL and ATA subscribers. Candidate will be expected to manage and resolve all issues within KPI.
• Communicate business and technical requirements and functionality of features of the product to the internal teams for implementation
• Provide training for Marketing, Outbound and Customer Care teams on the product features that will be used for each product
• Evaluate the feasibility of concepts and/or prototypes through engineering testing and analysis, consistent with customer expectations
• Create, update and maintain a Technological feature roadmap that will be used for FY product planning and development
• To provide inputs into the Product roadmap that will incorporate the new products/plans that will be used to achieve our targets (revenue & subscribers) like Application monetization, developing partnerships with App/Technology developers, new products
• Maintain the testing schedule with the CCOps team to validate requirements, create testing templates & perform testing to identify, model and document technical, quality of service, and implementation requirements; maintain up to date product specific documentation.

• Msc in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Economic and/or MBA (top tier university)
• Consulting Experience (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Dunnhumby..) is an advantage
• Strong GMAT score for MBA graduate applicants
• Project Management Training (PMP i.e.) is an advantage
• Experience in and with the telecommunications sector is compulsory
