Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or Social Sciences or similar.
4-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Certificate of completion in key HACCP principles.
Functions:
Analyse present business processes to identify gaps and areas of weakness and make suggestions to deals with gaps and weakness and implement efficient policies and procedures to facilitate company administration through proper documentation and record keeping.
Identify, communicate and report significant deviations in quality, cost or scheduling.
Strong problem solving skills - ability to gather and analyse information skilfully, and to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
Constantly monitor working processes evaluate effectiveness and make changes to maximize ongoing efficiency.
Remuneration : $9-10-,000.00 per month plus incentives.
