This role offers a long-term sales advertising and marketing career opportunity with plenty of scope for input into the company's further development, marketing and growth.
The role requires a self-motivated individual who is connected in Barbados and has had previous sales experience.

Having a car is a huge asset to being a successful Web Account Manager.

The web account manager will need to learn all about the company and connect with decision makers over the phone in order to get a face to face meeting and present the many features and benefits the company and its services.

Therefore you need to be disciplined and focused, and manage to work as a team with the other account managers and follow standard booking procedures set by management.

Full product training and product knowledge will be provided.

The successful candidate must have an understanding of media; it's role to advertisers and a professional approach to the task in hand.

An attractive package awaits the right candidate, which includes covering basic expenses on a monthly basis plus a generous commission structure.

 

Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to :

" Research (primarily) tourism related companies in Barbados, pick up the phone and make cold calls in order to source decision makers in scheduling a face to face meeting.

" Make contact with potential clients and arrange appointments at each place of business to outline and demonstrate the sales program of the company.

" Sell advertising space on the company website in order to generate new clients and expand the business.

" Generating new clients to expand client's business.

" Devote a minimum of 8 hours a day, 5 times a week (at minimum) to its duties in accordance with this agreement and be willing to work on weekends, bank holidays or evenings to properly service current accounts and potential clients in a timely manner.

" Required to input into the CRM website on a daily basis all contact information of prospective clients, call logs, information collected and created for each prospective client (this includes pertinent information for each lead, opportunity or account) and utilize all functions of the CRM as required.

" Analyze all of the pages on the company's website in order to pick relevant pages for each potential client / lead that is given to you in your sales portfolio as well as to pick out appropriate pages in terms of visibility in order to provide good exposure for the potential client /lead.

" Create contracts for each potential client or lead either manually or through the use of the CRM website.

" Create invoices for each chosen package by potential clients / leads.

" " Follow up with each client / account to ensure successful completion of filling out all necessary information in order for advertising packages to be put in place on the website. This includes receiving in suitable format the photos and information necessary.

" Maintain contact with each account contact in portfolio and maintain and build long lasting relationships in order to generate a renewal each year thereafter.

" Renew the contracts for advertising on an annual basis.
