The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the work flow of staff while ensuring that all staff operate in accordance with policies and procedures of the department as well as within the organization.
Plan, supervise and coordinate the work of local repairs in the physical spaces of the Decameron hotels with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of the experience of the guests.
Responsible for the procurement, receiving and distribution of all Hotel food, beverage and non-food equipment and supplies.
