Enterprise & Government Account Manager

Digicel Business continues to build on its success in Business Solutions products and services. The role will primarily involve targeted account and location selling of the Business Solutions portfolio to our existing and new business customers. It will involve all aspects from pre and post ICT Sales including prospecting, presenting, following up from meetings and signing up customer contracts.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a track record of achievement of high value Business Solutions sales success in previous roles.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Developing relationships with key Trinidad & Tobago Corporate and Government Clients in order to secure high value Business Solutions Sales Contracts
  2. Drive multi-service Business Solutions revenues on multi-year contracts for Network Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services and Integration Services against a defined personal target.
  3. Develop and Execute Sales Plans for Opportunities
  4. Manage the sales process
  5. Sell at the C-Level on the basis of ROI and TCO
  6. Complex selling, multi-vendor selling experience
  7. Attend customer sites and present on Digicel capabilities and future plans
  8. Drive virtual teams for the development of solutions for customers
  9. Management of Pipeline using salesforce tool
  10. Excellent written and communications skills
  11. Industry and Networking Skills, membership of influential networking groups
  12. Understanding of the T&T public sector buying processes

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:
  • Minimum of a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Science (or equivalent professional qualification). MBA or second degree a plus.
  • Proven target over-achievement
  • Minimum of 5 years Solutions Sales experience in the ICT area
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the complex sales process
  • Proven selling experience at C-level
  • Able to interface well with supporting technical teams, and balance commercial and technical requirements and objectives.
  • Excellent Knowledge of budget and business case preparation and financial analysis
  • Project management experience (or qualifications) desirable
  • Cloud Computing, Data Centre, Managed Services and Network Services sales experience a valuable asset
