JOB SUMMARY

The role of the DIGITAL ADVERTISING SALES CONSULTANT is to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to serve the information and analytical needs of the business. This position is to implementing mobile advertising activities and recommend/ monitor and report Mobile campaign performances.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
  1. Continuously seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to exceed the expectations of customers (internal and external) by placing a keen interest on understanding and effectively resolving customer-impacting issues in a professional and result-oriented manner.
  2. Plan, coordinate and conduct the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
  3. Utilize analytics tools to provide actionable insights/results on various activities.
  4. Continuously seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to exceed the expectations of customers (internal and external) by placing a keen interest on understanding and effectively resolving customer-impacting issues in a professional and result-oriented manner.
  5. Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for Mobile Advertising development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  6. Daily/Weekly Reporting as per advertisers' requirements; Makes recommendations or improvements to Key Process Indicators Campaign.
  7. Knowledge of all company BI applications and reports to determine if requests can be satisfied with existing materials.
  8. Liaise with Advertiser Sales Exec. and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  9. Participate in Group project post mortems in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  10. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements- verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  11. Liaise with advertiser to get SMS and USSD advertising copy.
  12. Set-up SMS and USSD campaigns in current systems.
  13. Launch all mobile advertising campaigns.
  14. Develop and implement a cross-functional CRM project in the company.
  15. Proactively adjust to changes in Campaign project request, identify potential Optimization, and strong scheduling.
  16. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of Mobile Advertising initiatives.
  17. Design and implement enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  18. Project Management: (10%) Direct, organize and lead "greenfield" projects to implement using existing BI or new statistics software tools and systems. Provide team leadership to BI staff when engaging in activities to ensure coordination with other team members and teams.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree AND related certification OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master in Business, Marketing, Finance or Management is an asset.
  • 1-2 years' experience performing similar role / duties.
  • Experience in and with Advertiser / publisher would be considered a valuable asset.
An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.
