AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR – SAN FERNANDO

OVERVIEW

The Service Advisor position is a Customer Service Representative post of a Technical/ Mechanical nature. The primary function of the Service Advisor is to meet with Service Customers, ascertain their mechanical repair needs, arrange to have their vehicles repaired and delivered back to them.

MAIN TASKS

• Processing customers repair needs using an online computer system.
• Ensuring that delivery time frames are met.
• Effectively presenting and discussing the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
• Managing telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 O’level subjects including English.
• Computer literate.
• Tertiary level training in Automotive Technology.

 OTHER

• Every other Saturday from 8.00am to 12 noon.
• Base salary of $5,000 to $5,100.
• Overtime hours are required for this job.
