Job Summary
To contribute to the positioning of the organization at the highest level of prestige within the tourism sector through the implementation of Organizational Development models and programs.
Job Responsibilities
Support the dissemination of development programs, acculturalization and awareness
Prepare the requirements for the different audits when needed.
Coordination of policy and programming courses.
Conducts post-training assessment and analysis.
Plan and prepare materials for courses in the annual training plan.
Capture the attendance to courses and register assessments grades in System.
Generate record of diplomas, and / or certificates.
Control of records of interns and Cross training participants.
Support the process of performance evaluation.
Facilitate compliance agenda and departmental programs familiarization.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Previous experience as a Trainer
Supervisory Management experience
Specialized training in conducting training programmes and activities
Core Competencies
Strong communication skills; oral and written
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
