Loss Prevention Officer who will be responsible for implementing loss prevention procedures and strategies to safeguard company's assets.

  • Develop and continually review policies and train staff in loss prevention, reduce shrinkage, and use tagging and/or report mechanisms.
  • Investigate, log, and resolve alleged and actual theft, violations of policy, and compliance concerns.
  • Develop and implement company emergency plan to include but not limited to civil unrest, hurricane, fire, flood etc. and manage security response to emergencies.
  • Design and implement a robust internal monitoring system for team members to report/comment on safety and security matters.
  • Audit sites to ensure inventory is processed, and monitored appropriately, and document any errors or failures.
  • Minimize the financial and material losses of the distillery & warehousing operations related to theft, vandalism, accident, and injury.
  • Develop policies, systems, and procedures to detect safety issues and security violations and to put programs in place to prevent repeat occurrences.
  • Manage security contractors, providing guidance and direction and be point of contact be contractor and the organization.
  • Conduct periodic testing of security systems such as alarms, closed-circuit cameras /video surveillance systems.
  • Works with law enforcement to detain suspects or dishonest persons on premises.
  • Timely processing of security invoices for payment
  • Prepare and submit reports based on agreed dates.
