As a member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in helping to streamline currency-related processes for our clients, work collaboratively to uphold safety standards and enforce security measures to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Joining our Operations team means potential engagement in the following responsibilities:

• Playing a role in enforcing the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
• Working closely with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Reporting any operational incidents or issues promptly to designated personnel. 
• Regularly reviewing operational routes to maintain efficiency.
• Motivating, training, and developing team members to enhance their job performance.
• Upholding confidentiality standards and preventing breaches.
• Maintaining and improving customer service standards as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
• Leadership experience is advantageous for some roles.
• Flexibility for shifts and weekends, willingness to undergo background checks, and physical fitness for certain roles.
