JOB SUMMARY

This position’s primary objectives will be to support the work of the Legal and Regulatory Manager and the Head of Legal and Regulatory across the range of legal and regulatory issues faced by the business and to reduce the reliance on external legal counsel and support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Provides legal advice and support on all areas of the company’s business, including potentially contentious issues;

2.       Ensures company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory framework;
