We are looking for a Service & Delivery Billing Specialist to join our team! This is a front-line operation and customer service position responsible for generating proposals, quotes, invoices, and billing for customers for deliveries and service work. As part of that process, you will be responsible for reviewing content of completed work orders and delivery tickets for inconsistencies and safety related issues for follow up, while building and maintaining effective delivery and service billing practices to ensure highest level of
customer service.

This is a critical role that must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, safety, and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to:
• Preparing, sending, and posting accurate invoices based on completed service work orders and delivery tickets.
• Preparing, sending, and posting accurate proposals and quotes based on completed service work orders.
• Mediate problems that arise with customers concerning propane billings in a respectful manner.
• Responds in a timely manner to turn around work orders and deliveries for billing and invoice generation.
• Answer incoming customer phone calls.
• Call customers for any service or delivery queries that may arise.
• Assist in reviewing and compiling work orders and improving efficiency.
• Run reports and help ensure all service work is completed in a timely manner to avoid customer issues/ concerns and to avoid return visits.
• Develops solid understanding of our various software applications to effectively manage delivery operations and serve customers.
• Provides CSR support as needed for new and existing customers, and communicates regularly with customers in a helpful, respectful, and professional manner that builds value and trust.
• Work alongside CSRs to review and monitor collections process.
• Assist in balancing end of month, quarter, and year reports.
You will need to provide examples of the following Key Competencies at interview:
• 3 years prior experience working with service and delivery personnel to understand work order and delivery ticket processes and best practices.
• 3 years demonstrable experience working with billing, generating invoices, statements, and quotes.
• 3 years collections and AR experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Customer service oriented with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• The employee may be required to lift up to 40 pounds while performing this job.
• This position requires that an employee regularly sit, walk, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, stoop, hear and use hands and arms to grasp, reach, write, type, and manipulate paper, books, computer keyboard, etc.

As a Service and Delivery Billing Specialist you must understand, communicate, and show a high level of safety awareness as they relate to our customers and employees.
Salary range for this position is KY$15 - $18 per hour.
