Trainee Manager
◊ Understand the assistant manager’s role in the implementation of the company’s mission strategy and goals in each branch.
◊ Understand the sales administrative system.
◊ Assist the managers in ensuring that the branch achieves targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are clearly communicated to CSR’s.
◊ Support and actively engage in branch marketing activities.
◊ Identify new business opportunities and refer to Director/Executives where necessary.
◊ Monitor local competition. Keep abreast of changes in policies, procedures, promotions and products offered and bring to the attention of team where necessary.
◊ Assist managers in ensuring that there are adequate stock items being promoted.
◊ Assist managers in ensuring that all stock related documents are processed daily.
◊ Assist manager in ensuring timely reconciliation and printing of Abbreviated Stock.
◊ Assist with the monitoring of Goods on Loan ensuring compliance with Company policy.
◊ Assist management in ensuring that timely preparation and submission of variance reports, perpetual etc. to Audit Department.
◊ Assist with the coordination of the stock taking activities of the branch in accordance with company policy.
◊ Keep the Buying Department informed regarding taste and preference of customers.
◊ Create supportive climate that inspires employees to achieve excellence.
