Our New Car Sales Team is currently looking for a talented Temporary Administrative Assistant for Barbados to provide administrative services to the Sales Team through working closely with the Sales Managers, Sales Executives and the Logistics team to ensure an efficient sales and inventory process.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Sales Team compile documents for the clearance and licensing of vehicles.
  • Follow-up with customers for all required documents regarding vehicle purchases.
  • Compile documentation for local charges to clear shipments in a timely manner.
  • File all paid assessments and keep track of releases and receipts where applicable.
  • Submit BRA applications and online payments for new vehicles.
  • Assist the Retail Logistics team.

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

 

  • An Associate degree in Business Administration or other related qualification
  • 2+ years relevant experience in an administrative function
  • Demonstrable experience in the key responsibilities of the role, described above
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Critical thinker, detailed oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent communication skills.
