Job Description

  • To prepare accurate monthly management reports inclusive of co-ordinating all activities to facilitate preparation on a timely basis
  • To prepare accurate group reports on a timely basis
  • To prepare a monthly revenue checklist agreeing to the general ledger and ensure completeness of revenue reporting and billing
  • Ensure general ledger reconciliations are completed and reviewed monthly and all reconciling items are action and resolved.
  • Ensure Group company balances are reconciled monthly and paid timely.
  • To provide analytical data as required for bids, budgeting or performance reviews
  • Ensure statutory payments inclusive of VAT and Corporation Tax are calculated and paid when due
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing and submission of sales invoices in line with client contractual requirements
  • Ensures timely collection of accounts receivable to ensure optimal cash management
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing and delivery of sales quotations in line with client timeframes
  • Effectively tracks all stages of the process from quotation to collection in order to ensure all revenue is recorded and collected as well as to facilitate process optimisation 
  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of the monthly revenue checklist, ensuring agreement to the general ledger
  • To effectively follow up with Operational departments to resolve all queries with invoicing, quotations and collections inclusive of following up on supporting documentation.
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of costing sheets for all operations
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of tonnage and other activity reports for all Operations

  • ACCA qualified with 2 years post qualification experience
