Job Summary

The Technical Service Representative acts as a liaison between the customer and the company, providing excellent customer service to all customers and generating sales.

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing ones through excellent customer service and sales techniques
  • Promote and sell the company’s products
  • Provide customers with timely, pleasant and accurate service
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Provide clerical support to the Sales Department
  • Issue delivery notes, credit notes, invoices and quotations to customers where applicable
  • Ensure that the Stores area is organized

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • M.E.E.E.T or E.E.E.T Diploma  (or similar)
  • At least 5 O’ level passes
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with both internal and external customers
  • Must have excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must have good multi-tasking skills, excellent customer service skills; ability to handle difficult customers in person;
  • Ability to work well with fellow employees
