Surveillance Officer

To monitor and report all aspects of the gaming and ancillary operations, staff and patrons in accordance with the policies and procedures of Sunny Group of Companies based in Trinidad.

• Directs special observations as requested by Casino management, Security or other department heads

• Reviews results of special observations and recommends action accordingly

• Creates and maintains files of Surveillance activities and data

• Maintains evidence files of video recordings

• Maintains repair log for Surveillance System

• Ensures proper functioning of equipment.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in order to obtain CSME Certificate.
