Service Coordinator
Our client is highly innovative technological septic solutions and is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with external clients to schedule jobs timely and accurately.
  • Analyzing customer data and information and correctly entering information within the system.
  • Reviewing customer database and updating information for new and existing Clients and making callbacks for recurring clients.
  • Coordinating with Technicians and arranging work schedules according to demand and geographical requirements.
  • Daily updating system and uploading and updating videos and pictures of respective jobs.
  • Reviewing social media platforms for the company and doing any updates regarding marketing requirements.
  • Preparation of business and inspection reports
  • Drafting business correspondence as requested by Management.
  • Assisting with answering daily calls and providing information about services offered
  • Assisting in problem-solving for Technicians and offering septic solutions to Clients
  • Office workflow assistance and providing backup support for office operational needs.

Skills

  • Analytical – the ability to review and process information quickly and to
  • apply it to our operational needs. Technological – quick learner with the ability to utilize various computer systems and familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Interpersonal – the ability to interact and communicate effectively with both our internal and external clients with a high level of customer care.
  • The ability to work at a fast pace, answer medium to complex problems, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Works well with a team. Coachable and Light-spirited.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in customer service/sales environment or administrative/operational capacity. Marketing will be an asset.

Qualification

  • Tertiary qualification or certification in Business Administration or Operation

Management or Marketing/Customer Service Management.
