Senior Recruiter

Main Duties:

• Responsible for recruiting staff across the Caribbean.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the company’s manpower plan
• Responsible for the achievement of the company’s recruiting goals
• Responsible for the development and implementation of University relations strategy at campuses and other recruiting sources
• Interfaces with management to make certain that the needs of the business unit are being met.

Education and Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Management/ Human Resource Management
• At least six to ten years’ experience in a recruitment environment and five years managing recruitment.
• Be flexible and adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules.
• Be extremely well organized and detail oriented.
• Be trustworthy, ethical and honest.
• Communicate effectively at all levels.
