Senior Records and Research Analyst
Salary Range: CI$83,280 - $109,296 per annum

The Cayman Islands National Archive fulfils a leadership role within government to secure
a robust and sound records and information management (RIM) infrastructure; and to
acquire, preserve and provides access to archives, safeguarding our nation's history. The
job purpose is to conduct research and analysis within the National Archive's mandate,
monitoring government's RIM via data collection, synopsis methodology, and report/
policy development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

We want to hear from you if you meet all of the criteria below:
• Bachelor's Degree in Archive Administration, RIM or a related discipline from an
internationally recognised university, with 5-7 years senior management
experience; or a Master's Degree in the above fields, with 2-4 years senior
management experience.
• Proven experience in research and analysis, policy development and
implementation, report writing, and freedom of information and data protection/
privacy rights.
• Familiarity in archival and RIM international best practices, theory and principles,
and a preference in electronic RIM in a modernised government or corporate
environment.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with public and private agencies.
• Proficiency in archival and RIM standards to ensure intellectual control, integrity
and physical safety of public and private records in the National Archive's holdings.

Remuneration and Benefits:
The remuneration package for the successful candidate offers a salary in the range of
CI$83,280 - $109,296 per annum.
Salaries are offered without deductions. The Government provides an additional 12%
pension contribution and health insurance for employees and their dependents.
Benefits will be determined in accordance with the Public Service Management Act
and Personnel Regulations, the Public Service Pensions Act and the CINICO Health Plan.
Pension and health benefits are non-contributory.
