Our client, a property management firm in Cayman, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Property Manager to join their team.

Background on the role: 
Our client, a property management firm in Cayman, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Property Manager to join their team. 

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 
- Ensuring the continuous communication with the tenants to ensure tenant retention and satisfaction 
- Responding to all tenant, resident, vendor, contractor and other third-party requests and queries 
- Provide assistance to the Senior Management team with strategic planning 
- Assisting in developing annual budgets, short term forecasts and long term projections 

Successful candidate: 
- Professional certification directly related to Real Estate (i.e CPM, RPA) 
- 8- 10 years' direct experience working within Property Management 
- Experience managing office, retail and industrial properties 
- Experience in Supervising and leading Property Managers
