SPA MANAGER

The Spa Manager will be a part of a team that provides guests with the highest quality service and ensure their complete satisfaction with every aspect of their Spa experience. He/She will supervise all Spa employees including the Spa Supervisor and Spa Attendant(s). The Spa Manager is responsible for maximizing the full potential of this revenue generating profit center.

 

 Applicants should satisfy the following minimum requirements:

  • Ability to work a versatile and flexible schedule based on the needs of the Resort, including days off and holidays, if necessary.
  • Must lead a fit, healthy lifestyle and have a positive approach to life and work.
  • Must enjoy driving sales and expertly managing and growing relationships.
  • Detailed oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Customer-centric, with the ability to expertly analyse and meet the needs and expectations of clients.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills effectively enabling dialogue with both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with great initiative.
  • Strong administrative and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage inventory, provide relevant and timely reporting, and documentation
  • A proven track record in Managing Staff.
  • Ability to set and attain financial targets.
  • Ability to interpret and execute fiancial statements and tracking documents.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead others.

  

 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales management position.
  • Experience in spa in a leadeship role.
  • Although not essential, it is an asset to have a working knowledge/skill as a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Beutician, or Fitness Professional.
