Repsol is a large international oil & gas company and one of the largest privately owned oil companies in the world.

Repsol was established in Trinidad and Tobago in 1995 with shareholding in Atlantic LNG. In 2005 it became the main operator of the offshore Teak, Samaan and Poui oil & gas fields which has leveraged greater opportunities for growth in the Caribbean region.
