Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Regional Sales Representatives will be assigned a specific region to develop new business and build markets.  They will be required to:

• Achieve monthly financial targets set by your manager
• Submit a monthly Sales Plan that is clearly aligned to your financial targets
• Create and develop Sales Presentations
• Collect and report market intelligence as it relates to assigned region
• Recruit a base of clients who will be serviced on a regular basis via personal visits
• Collect all outstanding amounts within the prescribed period of time.
• Conduct and complete the sales process within guidelines of the company.

Qualification and/or Experience (knowledge and skills required to perform the job):

Critical:

• 2+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions
• Demonstrated results in meeting Sales Targets
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•  

Important:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Media Experience a plus
