We are actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to relocate to the Cayman Islands!
Due to ongoing growth and success we are recruiting an outgoing and energetic individual who is able to work with limited supervision. We are a Cayman Islands based recruitment firm and therefore the ability to relocate is essential.
The role requires excellent organizational, communication and computer skills together with a proven track record in recruitment. Responsibilities will include: scheduling and attending client sales appointments, assisting with all sales and marketing activities of the company including cold calling, lead generation, and liaising with clients about recruitment needs. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the identification and sourcing of candidates for client vacancies, conducting extensive candidate interviews/screening and background checks.
All candidates should be college graduates, possess a minimum of 3-5 years solid recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a strong attention to detail.
