REVENUE MANAGER

The successful applicant will play a key role in driving sales and revenue in their department.

Applicants should satisfy the following criteria:

• Must be sales and relationship driven, service oriented and passionate.
• Able to close the sale and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Must be able to think clearly, multi-task, analyze and resolve problems, while exercising good judgment.
• Able to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
• Ability to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Must be customer focused and possesses the ability to be tactful and poised under pressure
• Spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service.
• Must possess strong listening and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work flexible hours, week-ends and public holidays

 Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies or Marketing or Sales
• A minimum of three years experience in a management/sales environment
• Strong leadership/management skills
