Founder of Profiles Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Shirley Rudd-Ottley is one of the pioneers within the fields of training and development, as well as psychometric assessments in Trinidad and Tobago. Her role within Profiles allows her to bring her skills as an internationally acclaimed Behavioural Psychologist and Management Consultant to the Caribbean Business Community.

Shian L. Ottley

An Industrial Organisational Psychologist who has been part of the Profiles International Research and Development team for many years in the Caribbean. She has worked within the fields of recruitment and selection, as well as employee training and development, bringing new and innovative ideas to the Profiles Local and International teams.
