Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) is a Trinidad and Tobago company which was formed in May 1989 and started production on June 15 1991. It is owned by the NGC NGL (51%), Conoco Phillips (39%) and Pan West Constructors Inc. (10%).

PPGPL processes raw natural gas from the existing natural gas pipeline system and extracts natural gas liquids contained in the gas. This process allows it to deliver cleaner gas which is free of heavy hydrocarbons to downstream petrochemical plants to produce products more efficiently.
